Every item in the Illusions of Grandeur shop has it's own unique turnaround & shipping based on size, weight, where in the world the artist is and whether the item is custom made to order and item demand. Every product description will explain the turnaround on the piece you are choosing.
WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
All Mainland UK shipping is included within the price of the piece purchased. We can ship internationally, however this will require a bespoke shipping cost, if you are overseas please get in touch to enquire, and we will be happy to provide you with a bespoke quote.
RETURNS
High-value items are not returnable. Unelss otherwise stated in the product description please assume the item is non-returnable.
